HI..
Thanks...it's been a long time and I'd forgotten that I'd posted the message....so  after further investigations on STRATFORD. I just could make things matchup, like dates etc so I dropped that research and looked in other avenues and I found out that my mother in law Hilda May was born to a Agnes Kate WHITTINGTON and everything fell into place, dates, grandparents and her father...
So that chapter has closed..
But, thanks very much for responding to my out dated message
Cheers
Dave

HI Alison..
Thanks for spending the time searching for my elusive people...I have Jane's sister Catherine marrying a Anthony Bunting in 1866 in King's 'N nut I have not confirmed that yet.
I would be interested in that person who has those people in their tree....it could be that Mary Ann never married but they also didn't believe in filling out the census reports either...lol
Thank you for your help
Cheers

Thank you, thank you,  very much appreciate the look ups......My apology for not getting back to you sooner...I spent most of the day researching the census for 1841, '51 and '61 to see if they were there but really hard to tell with so little information.
I may just have to write them off for the time being...a couple of question tho...
Behind Sarah Dike's name you have an s.  that mean spinster?
James Fox's name you have a w.  meaning?
It's odd that you would find them on IGI and Family Search and that's what I used and could find Sarah's information.
Thanks again Geoff
Much appreciated

Worcestershire / Marriage...Mary Ann Harrison b:1850...
« on: Monday 24 October 11 21:23 BST (UK)  »
HI...
I'm hoping some one might help me....I've been searching for a marriage for [b]Mary Ann Harrison[
She was born in St Nicholas, Worcester 1850 to Joseph Price Harrison and Jane (Dyke) Harrison.
Joseph Price Harrison died in 1854...I found Jane Harrison living with her parents Edward and Mary DYKE in 1861 along with her daughter Mary Ann Harrison.
I think I found Mary Ann Harrison as a servant to Hopkins family in Kidderminster in the 1871 census but post 1871........she's vanished ???? and so has her mother???although I suspect her mother Jane Harrison remarried...and that would be impossible to find if she moved out of County.
Anyone with suggestions, recommendations or ideas....I've done a lot of searching with Ancestry, Find my Past, Free BMD..
I appreciate any help..
Thanks
Cheers

Worcestershire Lookup Requests / Susannah DYKE
« on: Saturday 22 October 11 01:30 BST (UK)  »
Hi...
I was wondering if some kind soul could do a search for a marriage of Susannah or Sarah DYKE.
The only records I have are that they may be twins as both were christened on the same day January 25 1792 at All Saints, Worcester.  Parents names were Edward and Mary DYKE....they also had a son Edward DYKE  C:1790, all saints.
Thank you for any help you can give...mush appreciated
Cheers
