Hi,

Yes this is my ''Burke'' line- do you have further info, particualrly on Michael Burke and Annie Leary?

All help will be very much appreciated :)

Thank you in due course.

Not sure if this is the correct Burke family in 1911 Irish census but there's a Patrick age 6 and Anne age 7 along with other children- Ballytracey is about 10 miles northeast of Enniscorthy town:

I am trying to find out where in the USA  my Burke ancestors' ended up? Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

My Burke ancestors all seem to originate from the Boolavouge area of Enniscorthy/Ferns in Co.Wexford, Eire.

Regards

Hi,,

I just wondered if you have further info on the Burke post on here?

Thanks

This one doesn't seem to match perfectly, but I thought it was a possibility.  It's tough when the names are so common.

SS Caronia from Cobh 1 Apr. 1928 to Boston
Burke, Anne, age 25, female, single, domestic, born Ardrahan, Ireland, last permanent residence - Ardrahan, Ireland, nearest relative - father Michael Burke, Ballymaquire, Ardrahan, Ireland, final destination - Watertown, Massachusetts, going to join cousin Miss D. Dolan, 65 Piquossette St., Watertown, 5' tall, fresh complexion, brown hair, grey eyes

Hello all,

Was wondering if anybody could help me?

My Late Grandfather ]'Patrick Burke'born 1905 Co Wecford,  played for the gailic Hurling team ''Buffers Alley'' before he married my Grandmother ''Margaret Sunderland'' in 1929 Does anybody have any info about this team from that period?

Also, I am trying (desperatly) to find any info on my Grandmother 'Margaret Sunderland', all I know is that she was born in 1910 and came from Milltown, Ferns, Co.Wexford. Her parents ''William Sunderland & Ellen Furlong sadly passed away in the Great Flu of 1918.

Any info would be most appreciated.

Thank you

Hi all,

I have an Anne noctor (from Ballinclare) whom married a Charles Burke (from Ballywater/Ballygarret) in 1868.
It seems they had at least 8 children (One being my Great Grandfather Michael burke-born 1874)

I am trying to find out any info on these two people. I know from the marriage cert above that Anne's Father was called John Noctor and Charles Burkes Father was called Pat Burke.

If you think you have a match or are descended from these people then please message me :)

Thanks
