Julian is the father of the children who are chasing back and have the tree you mention. The bit of a wall is past Julian's dad Peter. Your doing some good detective work here.

Really appreciate your help. I'll pass it onto the family member.
The BARNATO name comes up with a fair bit of consistency in Sth Africa but can't find very much on Peter Carl Barnato married Gladys Carstens and had 2 sons+ 1 daughter. We're looking also for any information on Julian Peter Barnato born 1936, one of the son's.

Really appreciate your help. I'll pass this on and hopefully some more information can come to light regarding the family and where they originally came from.

Any relatives out there with a family member Peter Carl BARNATO (possible BARNETT) who was born 20 Sept.1899 Pretoria Sth Africa. Peter married Gladys Helen CARSTENS 21 Sept.1931 Johannesburg SA and died 5 Aug.1964 Orange Grove SA. We have some information on the CARSTENS line so it is the BARNATO line we need help with.
Appreciate any help.

Thanks Alan for your help and time on finding the headstone. We live in Australia so going there isn't really going to happen. I'm not sure of Margaret and Tom's children to follow up on. Can't get to any information on my cousin's.
Once again thank you
