I am looking for the the head of house and any others of the Wood family.

Little Leonard Street (probably number 43)
Shoreditch

I have no idea who the head of house was, but these three are on a continuation page that I have a copy of.

son Samuel -  Hawker age 18  born Shoreditch
daughter Sarah - Hawker 20 born Cripplegate
daughter in law - Widow 30 born St Sepulchre

Trouble is, since I don't know the head's first name I've been unable to search because the available search engines don't seem to have an address index.

The page I have is ref HO 107 1534 and page number 94 or possibly 24.

I guess John Cudmore may have been exaggerating a little when he called himself a blacksmith.

That is great, and the address is correct. The fact that she is not from Suffolk shows that I'm being mislead.

Could I please beg another lookup to see if there is a John Cudmore - blacksmith.
He was her father?

I don't know anything about him apart from his occupation. Except that in 1846 Susan (Susanna's) address was 41 P?????? St

Seeking information about

Susanna Williams - mariners wife Born Suffolk about 1817

Possibly husband John Williams RN (although he seems to have spent most of his time at sea)

Also their daughter Martha Matilda born 1857 Stoke Damerel and maybe other siblings.

Any spellings may be wrong because she appears to have been illiterate

Any leads gratefully received.
