Mary Jane Stockman was married to Charles John BLANK in 1860, Devon.  On 1861 Census and sister Sarah Stockman is living with them.  Mary born Bridgwater on Census!
 
I would like to find a baptismal record if possible for Mary Jane Stockman or a possible death of William STOCKMAN. I did find one death for a William Stockman aged 37 in 1845 in Worle, Somerset.
 
Catherine (Doyle) Stockman was a widow on the 1851 Census living in Devon, around Tormoham!!  Catherine was born in Jersey, Channel Islands St. Helier.  I have had no luck tracing her origins/birth as yet.

Hi Everyone I have an absolute "Brickwall" with the above Benjamin FULLUM (and variant spellings).

I cannot find any information on him at all from 1758 (Militia French-Indian War) Frederick county Virginia and the Yohogania court records 1778/9.

He seems to be after this in Washington county Pennsylvania where most of my research has been based.

1758- Benjamin FULLOM in French-Indian War Virginia (Frederick County) spelt also BANG FOOLOM/ Fullom/Foolam/Fulhone.

1760 VIRGINIA Census consulted. Nothing specific on Benjamin FULLUM, some other variant name spellings.

1773 Tax Assessments.  Nothing found so far.

1781 Not on Tax records for Washington county PA

From 1783 Benjamin then seems to appear on the Tax lists for Washington County PA, I thought that the proximity was a good sign and with the border changes in the area it could be the same man BUT how do I fill in the gaps between 1758 and the court appearances in 1778/9 OR find any details on Benjamins origins??
 
In the records from Washington County (I have collected everything from there now I believe).  It seems likely (possible) that this man is Coloured OR his descendants are coloured.  I do not know if this Benjamin who lived in Frederick County Virginia was a Freed Slave himself OR if he was the white ancestor of the Fullum clan in PA.

1778 April 29 Benjamin FULLUM  Court proceedings on: Virginia court records in Southwestern   Pennsylvania: records of the District of West Augusta and Ohio and Yohogania Counties, Virginia, 1775-1780 by Boyd Crumrine.

So this is where I am at the moment trying to fill in the "gaps" between 1758 onwards.  I thought I would find something on Tithable records in Virginia (or surrounding area) BUT nothing as yet.  Any suggestions very much appreciated.  Kind regards Dianna from Aus

   With my enquiry I am not certain if John MOLLOY is/was a convict but I am following up on a “possible” lead that he was sent here to NSW on Hercules II in 1830.  I have looked for convicts name John Molloy on the NSW State Archives and found nothing on him.

This was sent to me a while ago though for John Molloy in the NSW Australia convict + ship muster rolls and related records.  Hercules II arrival 1830. What documents/timeline for this particular John Molloy I do not have at the present.

He married HANNAH/Johanna McKenna on the Apsley Mission, Montifiores/Mudgee in 1851 and again married her in the Catholic church in Mudgee in 1864. 
 
John stated that he was a Widow on his marriage in 1864. 
On Grevilles 1872 Directory John is a Blacksmith in Mudgee
 
 
On his death certificate in Mudgee 1875 it states he was in NSW for 45 years, whether this is accurate or not??? birthplace Ireland, buried Mudgee General Cemetery.

I have just ordered the birth certificate of his last child born in Mudgee in 1873 just in case it has some relevant information as to exact birth place other than just Ireland (maybe helpful).

So if there is anyway I can find more information on the JOHN Molloy from the Hercules II to possibly include or eliminate him that would be great.  Many thanks Dianna
 

HI Everyone.  I'm trying to find the above couple on the 1851 England Census and possibly the 1861 as they came to Victoria Australia around this time. 

JAMES SMITH married MARY ANN HALL 1843 Daventry (St. Mary the Virgin church) Northampton, the family were living in Staverton.  It looks probable that James father is a Daniel SMITH and Mary Ann's father is a SAMUEL HALL. 

James was born c 1822 in Staverton.  Mary Ann HALL/SMITH was born in Branston, Warwickshire.

I have found some baptisms of the children whilst they were in England.  MARIA 1844, HENRY 1846 + HENRY 1848 and Eleanor b 1850.  There were other 'deceased' children listed on the birth certificate of the last daughter Emma who was born in Victoria Australia in 1867.

Would love to find the family on the census's if possible.  Kind regards Dianna from Australia

Hi Everyone I'm doing research on the above who had the Hampshire HOGG from around 1824 I think to at least 1827.  He died in 1852 a Pensioner Royal Marines (I have the attestation papers) married Catherine Dinnan in 1806 in Plymouth.

I did find him on the 1841 and 1851 Census but will have to "refind" that as it has been so long since I have done this research.  Hoping to find him mentioned in the Pigots Directory (or anything else)

He was born in Co. Offaly Ireland in 1780 and joined the Royal Marines in 1797.  Any information very welcome.  Kind regards Dianna
