Hi,
I can't log in to FindMyPast. It kept saying (with a red banner) something like "sorry there has been a problem signing in to this account. ". I tried to change my password and it said (with a red banner) there was a problem with that. Now it says (with a red banner) "Your account has been locked. Check your email for more information or contact Customer Support.". I have no emails about any of this and customer support is closed!
Is it just me?
