Shropshire / Hornblowers in Shropshire
« on: Saturday 01 January 11 17:06 GMT (UK)  »
I am searching for the origins of Thomas Hornblower, born abt 1765 & who married Catherine Hammonds at St Mary's Shrewsbury in 1790. Through the course of his life they lived at Wroxeter/Uppington. Thomas died in 1830 & was buried at Uppington, near Shrewsbury. Catherine died in 1847 & was buried at Little Wenlock.

I have no details prior to their marriage.

Any leads about Catherine also welcome.

I may have just found a ref to Katherine Hammond:
poss baptism:
21 MAY 1769   Sheinton, Shropshire, England
Katherine Hammond
daughter of Edward Hammond & Anne

Thanks :)
