Devon Lookup Requests / Trying to trace parents of this young lady

I have found a birth and  death date for Ethel Rowe Brooking
She was born 21.6.1889 in Exeter and died a spinster in 1971 and
would like to know where she fits in with my Brooking family
Any help is appreciated.

Scotland / Robert Murray

My late husband's cousin informed that Robert Murray was born in Cork Ireland.  My daughter has got the results of her DNA test and there is no connection to Ireland but a strong one to Scotland.
I do know that he and his wife (name unknown) were in Toxteth Park,  Liverpool in 1836 when their son David Charles Murray was born.
Have not found any trace of this couple so wonder if someone could point me in the right direction please

Sussex Completed Lookup Requests / Egan/Eagan family missing-Brick Wall

Amongst my late Mother in Law's belongings is a photograph of a Mother (Eva Eagan) with her two children. The Photograph was taken at Lovell Smith Studio in Hastings.  It was sent to her Aunt ?
in 1921.  William was born about 1914 and his sister Lily was born about 1916.
There is a possibility that there is an Irish connection (family information suggests Cork)
Have been trying to find any information for many years now as still no luck

London & Middlesex Lookup Requests / Borstal Institution records for David Rowe

Family information has it that my Grandfather David George Rowe was sent to Borstal
for stealing from a cricket Pavilion.  He was born in Camberwell in 1890 and was still
in the area in 1901 when he turns up in Camarthenshire in 1911.
I am trying to find where I can find any records to find out when and for how long he
served his sentence.

Essex Lookup Requests / Looking for Annie Howe please

I have only found Annie Howe (born 1868) West Ham/Bromley  mentioned on the 1881 Census living with her step-Father William Sawle and Mother Ann (Howe)
Annie was charged with Manslaughter in 1890 and served 5 years Penal Servitude.   Is there anywhere where I could find out where she served her sentence and where she ended up on her release.
Any information would be most helpful please.

I have found the Marriage Certificate of Rosina Brown and John Arnold, which took place on Christmas Day 1913 at St. Anne's Shoreditch.
She was born about 1891 but too many on the BMD to choose from.
Rosina was known to have a 'Cockney' accent and her children were all born in Shoreditch.
Her father was named as David James Brown but have not been able to find her on any  Census
Could someone please have another look to see if they can find her for me.

Could someone please answer a query
I have a young man in Alvestock on the 1911 Census and for his address it has Institute.  Intrepid (which I guess is a ship)
He occupation is Blacksmith's Mate Artizan 416.
Is this a Navy term? if so would someone please explain what it means
