London & Middlesex Completed Lookup Requests / Look-up please - Holloway
« on: Monday 17 January 05 07:06 GMT (UK)  »
Hi

I'm looking for information on Mary/Agnes Holloway bn c 1835 in Lyndhurst Hampshire. She married David Hinves February 02, 1862 in Parish Church of St Botolph, Aldgate. Middlesex.   Her father's name on the marriage certificate was Charles Holloway. I'd be very grateful if anyone could look at any census data they have to see if the family were in Middlesex at any other time as I can't locate them in Hampshire.

Regards

Completed Census Requests / 1861 census look-up Yorkshire needed please
« on: Monday 23 August 04 13:54 BST (UK)  »
I need a look up please of anyone could be so kind.  I'm looking for Jeremiah Leary and his wife Mary and any children. I have them in Barnsley in 1851 and I believe that Jeremiah died there in 1865 so they should be there in 1861.  I need to see if they had any more children as I can't find any records of those I know about and I won't know Mary's maiden name without a birth record of at least one of her children.

Fingers crossed that someone can help me please  :)

Hi

I know from a marriage certificate that the father of Alfred Cull bn in Hammersmith, Middlesex in 1846 was called George but I need his mother's name so I can find their marriage record. I was given some information and would be very grateful if some kind person could look-up the details for me.
Kind Regards and thanks in anticipation

Diane

Does anyone know of some kind of record that was apparently kept whereby newcomers to the area had to state where they had come from?

I was told there was some such record but have lost touch with the person who told me.

Thanks
