Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Army uniform, Regiment, date? photo of Joseph Dinsdale

This is a photo of Joseph Dinsdale (1872 - 1944) i believe he served in the British Forces from approx 1889 - 1918

Does anyone recognise this uniform & any other details that may help to date the photo.

New Zealand Completed Requests / NZ to UK 1950s Lookup

Hi everyone,

If anyone can help as i would really appreciate a lookup for my aunt; i believe she worked as a nurse in NZ after WW2 & that she returned home via Glasgow port sometime in the late 1950s.

i dont have access to Ancestry & Find My Past only has the outgoing passenger lists. Her name was Marie T Clare born 1923, British Citizen, She had arrived via Wellington.

Im looking for 2 Matthew Youngs (Father & Son) in 1841

1) Matthew Young born 1781 (60 yrs) & his wife Hannah born 1784 (57 yrs) in Yorkshire. I would also appreciate a lookup in 1851 for this couple, if possible.

2) Matthew Young born 1816 (25 yrs) & his wife Mary born 1818 (23 yrs) both in Yorkshire. Likely to be enumerated at Kirkby Overblow, Yks, with a daughter Frances born 1839.

Im looking for the following in 1841.

1) William WEBSTER, born in Yks abt 1763 so likely to be listed as 75yrs. William is most probably to be found residing at Kirk Hammerton parish on the outskirks of York. He was listed as unmarried in 51.

2) Newton WALTON shouldnt be to difficult to locate

due to his unusual first name. He was born in Yks abt 1824 & is probably residing there in 41. His father was Joseph, birthdate unknown, mother, Ann born 1793 i believe in Yks.

Any help much appreciated.

Im trying to locate Ellen/Elenor BALDRIDGE with her parents & siblings in 41.

Ellen was born in 1835/6 at Pickhill with Roxby, Yks. so would be abt 5-6 yrs. Siblings may include Jane, Elisabeth & Sarah.

Im looking for ROSE WITHAM & her family in 1901. Rose was born in 1887 at Askham Richard, Yks so would be about 13yrs. Believe her parents were Louisa & Frederick. Louisa was also born in Askham but i believe Frederick was born in Essex abt 1854. There may have been other siblings too.

Ellen was born abt 1835 at Pickhill, near Sinderby, Yks so would be abt 26 in 1861. she married William Wright in 1855 at Thirsk reg. dist. but i dont have any further details on him.
