Technical Help / Can't open links from Outlook

Hi

I am now experiencing another problem where I am unable to click on a link in Outlook Express.

I have never had this problem before, but now when I click on a link from my email using Outlook nothing happens!!??

Anyone got any suggestions for me?

Technical Help / White square Red X???

Hi

I have recently downloaded IE 7. However since doing this I have a problem when viewing certain sites and some emails.

Basically, sometimes where there is supposed to be a picture I get a white square with a red X in it. I have updated Java with a new version but still getting the same problem.

Does anyone know what would be causing this and what I can do to fix the problem? I also get this problem on the RC website too. 

Any help much appreciated!

Hi

I have ordered a new laptop and it will arrive sometime next.

So my question is, does anyone know how I can transfer all my emails and email addresses to the new laptop? I have got some invaluable emails about my family history that I don't want to lose. (I use Outlook Express)

Also, I would like to transfer my favorites on Internet Explorer to the new laptop too as I have saved a lot of useful sites that I use regularly.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Would SKS be willing to look at the parish records for All Saints Church, Marple Cheshire in 1924 for a marriage between Wilfred Harrop and Ellen (Nellie) Chadwick.

I am keen to find out Wilfred Harrops father and occupation.

Alternatively, does anyone know where these records are held?

Catherine Entwistle wife 22
Emma Dau 3
Thomas Son 1

In 1851 they are living at 85 Turton Street, Little Bolton, Lancs and Catherine is a widow aged 32.

I have other children in 1851 born after 1841 so I am hoping their father is showing with any other children in 1841.

Joseph Entwistle Apprentice Un 17 - Tailors Apprentice

All born Bury apart from his wife Martha who was born Manchester

I'm pretty sure that Joseph Entwistle is my ggg grandfather, so I am particularly interested to see if  Joseph appears close by with his family or with the above family.  I presume he is related to the above Entwistle family with them having the same Surname.
