I have a birth registered at this address and need to find out who was living at this address arround this time. Wondered if it could be a Nursing Home and hopefully find the proprieters names.

Canada Lookup Request / Thomas PAUL
« on: Saturday 03 March 12 22:36 GMT (UK)  »
Marriage to Violet May Barber at Windsor,Hants County 27th October 1913
Father, James [Carpenter of Bonavista] Mother, Mary
Thomas age given as 24yrs making Birth approx 1889.
I have found Thomas Paul 1916 Canada Census of Manitoba, Saskatchewan and ALberta residence Weyburn Saskatchewan.
Would anyone be able to look at this entry please.
Previously the only Thomas birth found was 24 Feb 1886 Bonavista.
Violet came back to England 1916 pregnant saying Thomas had died crushed between icefloats while  seal fishing near St Johns ,I believe. No death record has been found for him around that time so I am beginning to wonder if she came home as she couldn't cope with the extreme weather and living conditions perhaps!
I also found a will of Hannah Brown ,Widow of Bonavista,Probate year 1922 7th bequeath was to Thomas Paul my little garden near Thomas Paul's dwelling I know I appear to be clutching at straws but the only record I have seen was a picture of Thomas Paul that my father-in-law showed me some years ago. The likeness was uncanny both George[my now dec'd father-in-law, my husband and my son are so like him!!!
George by the way was the unborn child of Violets.

Canada / Thomas Paul Brunswick not New Brunswick
« on: Sunday 18 September 11 18:56 BST (UK)  »
My husband's father ,George Alfred PAUL decd July 2006 was the son of Thomas PAUL and Violet May BARBER who married in Windsor,Hants County 27th October 1913. Thomas- Parents- James(Carpenter) and Mary of Brunswick I think they trace back to Indian Settlement. Thomas is said to have died on Ice Float seal fishing, drowning in St Johns harbour.
Violet lived with his parents, I believe, before returning to England.   Departing St John, New Brunswick, aboard Sicilian(Allan Line Shipping) arriving in Liverpool 9 April 1916, pregnant with George, who was born July 1916.

Any help with ancestors or family(perhaps George had a sister who was left behind in Newfoundland) this is a suggestion my sister in law says she has heard tell of in the past.
