Antrim / Help? Hall in Down/Antrim - how on earth do I get beyond the 1901 census?

I am trying to find out more on THOMAS WILLIAM HALL, born about 1861 in County Antrim, N Ireland.
His wife was ANNIE (no idea of surname), born in England somewhere about 1867.
They had the following children and I have found them on the census in County Down in both 1901 and 1911:
Frances HALL (Daughter) born about 1894
George HALL (Son) born about 1898
William HALL (Son) born about 1900
Annie HALL (Daughter) born about 1902
Eric HALL (Son) born about 1904
Josias Cunningham HALL (Son - my ancestor) born 27 Apr 1905 (died 14 Jul 1974, England)
Eleanor HALL (Daughter) born about 1907
J Jorden HALL (Son) born about 1908
I think all were born in County Down.
Any help at all would be most appreciated. I have tried several different places but have failed so far to get any further information.
