United States of America / Pauline Edythe Peppler
« on: Tuesday 12 June 18 22:19 BST (UK)  »
Trying to work out records I am finding about this particular lady.  Born 7 April 1909 in Iowa (according to Iowa delayed birth records her parents were George H Peppler and Eva Cole Buchan).  In 1912 her mother marries Jesse Allgood.

At age 21 Pauline marries John Ralph Harris (1903-1985).  On the Iowa Marriage Records it states that her father is George Alexander Buchan and Mary Longnecker (her grandparents).

In 1997 Pauline passes away with her surname being McFarland.

It's all a little confusing and any assistance would be sincerely appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi All,

John Hayes was born 16 January 1864 in Roadford, Clare to parents Patrick Hayes and Mary Driscoll.

On John's death certificate in 1950 in Victoria, Australia, it states his mother was Mary O'Driscoll.

Can anyone provide any information regarding Patrick and Mary please or direct me in the right way.

Thanks

London and Middlesex / Patrick Gearon & Mary Quinlan, London c1889

Hoping someone may be able to assist.

I am searching for Patrick Gearon and his wife Mary Quinlan, who I believe were living at 4 Rotherhithe Road, Bermondsey, London in 1889.

At this particular time, their son Thomas was getting married (28 October 1889 in Belfast) - according to the St Patrick's Church Record of the marriage, it stated that the groom's parents lived at the above address.

I have no other information of Patrick or Mary and would really appreciate anything at all - I do not know dates of birth (their son Thomas was born in 1868).

Thanks so much.

Surrey / Gearon / Geron, Bermondsey, Surrey

Thomas Gearon / Geron born circa 1865.

Married 1889 in Belfast and remained living there.

Possible parent's names Patrick Gearon / Mary Quinlan? (to be confirmed)

However two UK Soldier Records show Thomas as being born in Surrey and living in Ireland.

Any assistance on finding Thomas in England prior to moving to Ireland, together with confirmation of his parents would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Australia / Murphy, Newcastle
« on: Saturday 25 November 17 06:18 GMT (UK)  »
Hi.  Conducting a search on behalf of a cousin who is searching for the Murphy family from around the Newcastle area in the 1950's.  The gentleman in particular that is being searched for may still be alive, therefore I won't put his name on here - but I can state that he was one of ten children and his father worked for a radio station in Newcastle.  In the early 1980's this particular gentleman was living in Redfern.

Can anyone advise how I should go about trying to locate this family at all?

I can give the name of the gentleman via direct message.  Thanks for helping.
