Wicklow / Arklow Cemetery Records Help

I have been trying to do my mums side of the family tree, for years and years without success. I have now come across some pieces of papers with info on, which has enabled me to obtain some certificates, which will give me pieces of jigsaw to do.
I have also got details of a couple of grave ref numbers, with some names, one for the old cemetery in Arklow, and one for the new one, and if I could possibly find out any dates of the people interred there it would enable me to get certificate of death, to help me on my way.
Does anyone know where the records for the cemeteries will be kept for Arklow, either giving me and address or e-mail address to contact please.

Wonder if anyone could locate a Henry Green born 1868 in Portsmouth, Hants.  He should have a daughter living with him name Elizabeth Roberts born 1888 Salford, Lancashire, and Elizabeths mother Rose Ann Roberts born 1868 Ireland. 

The couple never married, and all children to the couple were baptised Roberts. When the couple died Rose Ann was down as Roberts.

In 1901 they were living at 5. Griffiths Buildings, Salford, Lancs.

Wonder if anyone could check an address for me please on the 1861 Census -  Glaizbrook Lane, Gt. Bolton, Lancashire.

I am looking for John Rostron  Age 40 born Bolton (Engine Tenter/Cotton) and his wife Betsy/Elizabeth Rostron age 39 born Faversham, Kent.

Sue on site found this family for me on the 1871 census, but they were not as the same address on the 1861 which I have checked.  I have now got another address which is from the 1851 census which is above. Grateful, if anyone could check if they are there for me please.
