Hi, trying to locate burial for my Get Grandfather John Mawson 1843 to 1929. Civil death registered Sunderland in September 1929. Unable to find a burial. Crematorium not nuilt till 1937. Ant ideas what to do next ? Thanks.

A photo of my Great Uncle Robert Hardy. He was in service as a footman in 1911 to Sir Arthur George Weigal MP. He was in the RFA 1914 - 1918 . On returning to blighty no job. 1921 boot cleaning at Harrow School. Died od Cancer in 1923. What can be leant from his photo attached. ?

Hope someone can help. My ancestor was a gunner with RFA 114/a Brigade. How can I find out about the activities of the Brigade in WW1 ? Also what dies the "a" refer to after 124 ? Many thanks.

Hope someone can help. Frances Gillbank b 1690 nee Hardy daughter of William Hardy 1662 - 1721 of Bainton East Yorks is mentioned in his will with her husband John Gillbank as beneficiaries. Cannot find the marriage or any trace of John . Any Ideas ?
