Armed Forces / The DSO
« on: Saturday 25 July 20 12:05 BST (UK)  »
I see in Ancestry.co.uk that the husband of one of my cousins was awarded the DSO for service in NW Europe between 1944 and 1945. The award was made on 12 April 1945 I believe.
His name was Frederick Alexander Clift and he was ultimately a Brigadier General in the Canadian Army.
I wonder if a citation or recommendation for this award is still accessible?
