I found some old threads about our great grandfather but I can't pm so I have no way of getting in touch with TomPiper or Cherry Lane who had some relevant information about him.
I have researched his earlier life, found him as assistant master of music at Peterborough and at Ninians in Perth and then to Portsea where he died . I know the circumstances of his death but I would guess that there may be other things about him.I believe someone has some of his music and perhaps some other information about him, anything would be really appreciated.
