Hi there, I'm new to the site and desperately struggling to find details on my grandmothers family history in Northern Ireland. My Grandmother is Mary Elizabeth Macdonald, born on the * in Monaghan I believe. She lived in Kilrea and still has some relatives in Limavady. She moved to England during the 2nd world war after meeting my grandad Bernard Wilson.
I know she had an aunty Katy and that she also had other sisters but she has dementia now and the others have all passed on. Her sisters we're sadie and Bridie I believe.
Can anyone tell me where I may need to start or if they have any records , I can't seem to find a birth record for her?
