I was given an old carte de visite photo album containing about 60 images.  I'm curious about the previous owners, and posted a story about it on my Family Photo Reunion blog.  I'm particularly interested in learning which manor house is featured in a photo inside the album.  Can you help?

You can read more about the picture and the other images in the album at:

Thanks,
Carol

I found a portrait of Sarah Emily Gower-Rees and her children, taken in Bradford in 1918.  Sarah's maiden name was Atkinson-Jowett.  Her husband, Albert Philip Gower-Rees later became an Archdeacon at St. George's in Montreal, Quebec.  Here's a link to my blog post about this photo:

It's unfortunate, but only the cover remains for this 1842 Morley Family bible.  They lived in Bollington, Cheshire, Eng. in 1842

Occupation Interests / Photographer, Park Road Studio, Peterboro. Looking for Info
« on: Tuesday 14 February 12 17:06 GMT (UK)  »
I am trying to learn more about the photographers who operated at Park Road Studio, Peterboro.  Their names were A. & F. Law.  Apparently they also had a studio at 30 Victoria Road, Peckham.  Might anyone have information about these two photographers and their years of operation?

Thanks!
Carol

I found a photo of a group of girls mailed to Mrs. W. Stevens, Church Street, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, England on March 27, 1912.

Anyone have an idea of who these girls might be and what they are doing in the photo?  You can see the photo and read the story on my blog that's dedicated to reuniting family photos.
