Hi there

Margaret Dodds married Arthur Brown in Newcastle 1908 could someone please check for Margaret's parents where i have James Dodds and Mary Ann Dodds ...and i did a total no no and looked at another tree and they have Margaret as Margaret Ferguson Dodds and i have ended up confusing my self and going around in circles .
Margaret and Arthur were living in Portland St. Elswick on the 1911 census
James and Mary Ann were in Portland St. as well on the 1911 census i think i have the right parents just need a bit confirmation Tia

Hi all i have been reading up about adoptions and apparently the original birth certificate gets sealed when a child gets adopted and they are issued with a new birth certificate my question is would the original birth still be registered on freebmd  sorry if this isn't a question for here but this has me a bit baffled thank you  ???

Hi i am wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction with Sophias maiden name
I have the couple on a 1901 census in Glasgow i also have them on the 1939 census in Newcastle upon Tyne with their children and grandchildren.
Robert Douglas was born 31st March 1878
Sophia was born 4th Dec 1879
I have looked for there last born James Douglas born 1919 and the only maiden name i can find is Flynn but it isnt coming together the way i want per usual any fresh eyes that could take a look i would be grateful ...thank you

Harry Mothersdale married Elizabeth Reay in 1932 Yorkshire i am trying to find info out on Elizabeth i believe she came from Durham and was born 1909 thats about all i have at the minute i know its rather vague ...apologies

Annie Day was B.1994 Byker i have been told she married John Sinclair in Glasgow she died 1925 in Wigton the County of Cumberland i cannot find what happened to her husband and she also had 1 child in 1914 named as John James Day Sinclair ....would anyone have any info on this family please TIA

Would anyone know what happened to Stanley i do know he married in 1928 Darlington to Lily Mulhatton and what i believe is they had 1 son there is a question mark about a daughter but the son was born Newcastle upon Tyne ..Lily passed away 1957 and i think Stanley re married i do have the name but not sure what i am allowed to put if this isnt allowed please delete or i can thanks so much

John and Hannah married in Gateshead 1903 could anyone be kind enough to check if i have there children correct pls if its not allowed for any reason remove the post pls

Norman b1906
George b1911
Florence b1915
Edward b1918

All were born in Gateshead and John and Hannah both died in 1935

Hi i am in a bit of a pickle with George Dunkerley i presume he was married in Yorkshire before he came up to Newcastle upon Tyne i have checked some other family trees and they have him married to Mary Elizabeth Hall b1877 Scarborough but i am unable to find the marriage any help i would be grateful

I have David Bryson Hildrop who married Dinah E Tiffin in Newcastle in 1881..Dinah petitioned for a divorce from David in 1889 due to him marrying a girl called Theresa M Matthews in 1889 so he committed bigamy so the divorce was granted
March 19th 1889 he married Theresa in Essex he was with Theresa to the 30th April
Theresa died on the 4th of May 1889 in Newcastle upon Tyne i came across court files for David and he was up at the guildhall for bigamy and murder but was acquitted for murder how can i find out what actually happened to Theresa  tia
