Armed Forces / Victor Watson

I am looking for information on my grandfather Victor Watson. I don’t know an awful lot about him, but I know he served in the army probably 40’s and 50’s I would like to know how to find out what regiment he served with and what his id tags would have looked like. He married Irene Fysh and lived in Holme Next Sea until his death

Hi, I posted a topic on here last night about my grandfathers family. It was an update and to see if anyone could help take it further. I have just had an email saying it was moved to a different topic which is not relevant and now I can't find it. Why would they move it?!

Victor was my maternal grandfather, his mothers name was Kathleen and he had a brother named Albert. He grew up in North or South Creek, Norfolk. Can anyone tell me anything about his parentage and siblings?

George Fysh was my maternal great grandfather. I don't know what his wife's name was but that had children named Maurice, Tom, Florence (Florrie) Nancy, and Irene, possibly more, they lived in Norfolk maybe Kings Lynn? Can anyone help?

Hi, some very nice people on here helped me start the trace for my paternal grandmothers family, can anyone help with my grandfather? His name was Jack Loader, born in 1908 in Denton or Risbridge area. He married twice, 1st was wife was named Alice but I am unsure of her surname and the second was Nesta Bailey, my grandmother. I know he had siblings but am not sure how many and have no clue about his parentage. Can anyone help?

Hello, I am hoping to put together my family tree. I was wondering if anyone could help me trace my paternal great grandmother, I know her surname was Lingwood and she married Alfred Bailey. They had 6 children, the youngest being my grandmother Nesta and lived for a time in Bardwell, Suffolk. I would like to know her forename. If anyone can help or suggest where to start looking I would really appreciate it!
