I would really appreciate it if anyone can tell me any of what the Latin says in this.  I am having trouble working out exactly the space that it fits into.  Wonderful maps of Sussex by Norden.

I am not quite sure what these are.  But I am assuming legal / court documents about misdemeanours or court stuff.  Also to do with rents.

Anyway I cannot translate some small bits of them.

All help appreciated.

I have another page I haven't got to yet.

Surrey / Agnes Kellsey & Ann Kellsey's deaths
« on: Monday 13 February 23 20:49 GMT (UK)  »
Kia ora

Trying to find the death of Agnes Kellsey.  Her second child was born in 1560.  I assume that she died and then he married Ann Parkhurst and I am after her death details also.  I have two possibilities but both say wife of Thomas'.  As he was already dead I would have thought it would say 'widow of Thomas'.

Thomas Kellsey 1540 Farnham married Agnes Ridley 10 November 1553 and they had two daughters:  Magdalene Kellsey 20 January 1556, Shere (m.Thomas Harward 20 November 1570 c.Elizabeth Harward, Damaris Harward, Thomas Harward, James Harward, Magdalene’s husband, Thomas, died 31 October 1595) Elizabeth Kellsey 20 January 1560-1618.

Agnes Kellsey (Ridley) died

Thomas Kellsey yeoman then married Ann Parkhurste (1547) 5 September 1580 Shere and they had five children:  Ann Kellsey 15 October 1581-30 May 1593, Margaret Kelsey 1 January 1583-January 1584, Thomas Kelsey 21 March 1584, Shere-1623, Edward Kelsey 21 March 1584, Margaret Kelsey 15 October 1587, William Kelsey 9 June 1590-1680 (c.John Kellsey, Richard Kellsey, Guy Kellsey, Robert Kellsey), George Kelsey 14 January 1592.  All christened St James, Shere, Surrey.
Thomas Kellsey died 1594 WILL

Ann Kelsey (Parkhurst) died 17 December 1620  Shoreham /  22 December 1654 she was born in 1547   Both of these say wife of Thomas and he died in 1594 so surely it would say widow?

All help appreciated.

I am trying to find the deaths of these two people - before reccords were compulsory: so it is John Parkhursst and Ann Parkhurst the latter for whom I have a number of dates but all in Suffolk which seesm a little odd.

John Parkhurst (1465c) Parkhurst Manor, Guildford, married Ann Marie Baron (1472c Godalming) and they had five sons: John Parkhurst 1486c-1546c, Thomas Parkhurst 1488c, Richard Baron Parkhurst 1493, George Parkhurst 1495c-1546, Henry ‘of Shere’ Parkhurst 1495c West Clandon, Surrey,

John Parkhurst died
Ann Marie Parkhurst (Baron) died 29 June 1514, Parnham, Suffolk, England   19 June 1554,  died 19 July 1539, Parnham, Suffolk

Any help appreciated.
