Hello, I am the daughter of a Jeremy Brown. He is the Child of Kathleen Durling and John Bernard Smith. My Dad was adopted into a loving family, he desperately wants to know if his biological Mother is still alive. Any info?
We believe she was married to a Richard Fuertig and Then to John Bernard David Smith.

Hi, I am related to William Ross who was killed in the Senghennydd mine explosion in Oct 1913. I know all the details of the family history of the explosion, and the tragic impact on the family. I AM NOW TRYING TO LOCATE HIS PARENTS. I'M STRUGGLING. I KNOW HE WAS SCOTTISH. I am wondering if anybody has come across him that can help me? Hello, I have been doing my family tree. I am related to William Ross who is a Scottish man. He was born in Scotland in 1868. He was a coal miner by occupation. He was killed in the Senghennydd Miner disaster/explosion (Wales) on the 14 Oct 1913. He was married to Elizabeth Ann Hardwidge.
I am struggling to trace William Ross parents. Does anybody know who they were? Anybody recognise my tale? I know all the details of the mining disaster itself. so no help needed there. I just can not get further back on the family tree.

Glamorganshire Lookup Requests / Richard Hill - look up request/help

Hi, I am new to family tree research. My maternal Grandmother is Edith Hill (maiden name Lewis). From Pontypridd. she was born in 1940. she married Richard Hill in 1960. She died in 2005. I've gone fairly far back with her family.
I am stuck on tracing Richard Hill. As I never knew him and my mother has passed away. There is nobody in her family I know who I can contact to ask.
I was wondering if anyone recognised the names. Richard and Edith lived near Dinas Powis in Glamorgan.
I am struggling to locate when he was born. I am stuck as his death could be 1987 0r 1985 in Glamorgan/East Glamorgan. I do not know who Richard Hill Parents were.
Can anyone look up for me, or offer any help? I'm trying to learn about my late mum's family.
