Family History Beginners Board / Tracing the places where my grandparents worked in service

Hi
I have a marriage certificate stating that my grandparents got married in the registry office, Hanover Square. They both worked in service, one as a butler and the other as a housemaid. I can see the addresses where they worked but how can I find out who lived at these addresses and who they worked for?
I would be grateful of any help.
