Yorkshire (West Riding) / Anyone know where Foulleth was/is? (COMPLETED)

I wonder whether anyone can help me with this please? According to a bishop's transcript entry for one of their children, it would seem that my 3rd great grandparents lived at a place called FOULLETH in 1793. I think this place would be close to the village of Pannal, near Knaresborough/Harrogate. I know from a wonderfully helpful headstone in Pannal Churchyard that my ancestor Thomas Kidd tenanted a farm in the region of Crimple prior to his death in 1823.
So far I'm not having any success locating such a place other than a reference to a Foulleth in Peebles, Scotland so any help would be really appreciated.
