Hi all
I have had some great help from everyone today - thanks to you all.
I wondered if someone might give me advice on tracking back past my ggg grandparents and sideways. George Haigh I know from the LDS was born in 1781 in Yeadon, his wife's name was Ann (no surname known) and his 4 children George Washington 1807, Jonathan (my gg gf) 1810, Emma 1814 and Charles 1816 were all born in Yeadon (thanks to the Guiseley (St Oswald's) Parish Church Registers and the LDS).
I'm not sure where to go with George and Ann, their brothers and sisters and perhaps before them.
There would appear to be no Haighs buried in Yeadon, but they may of course been buried in Guiseley, their parish church in Yeadon (St John's) was contructed until 1844 - and my Haighs were long gone to Leeds by then.
Any advice is absolutely welcomed. THANKS!
