Family History Beginners Board / GRO Referance number

I have identified a birth via BMD and can see the registry scan but am not sure what part of the information is the GRO number.

The scan referance image is    ANC-04/A-F/1920B1-E-0484.jpg , which part of this is the GRO number?

I cannot see how to make a fact about person A to make it a shared fact with person B, in particular I am trying to link place of residence.

I generally use FTM on windows but am spending more and more time on my Android Tablet or chrome book and wondered if there are any decent Android programmes or anything which will run on a chrome book.

I was trying to up date a profile and added a number of photos in error and cannot see how to remove them.

I have just added a lot of residence details for someone who moved around a lot.

Is there a quick way of copying this data to other family members who lived at the same addresses or do I have to repeat all the data manually?

Currently trying to decide which software package to go for.

I was using FTM and then went to My Family Tree which I quite like although it can be a bit flaky sometimes.

I am thinking of moving over to Legacy 9 as the reviews seem excellent, however has anyone had any real life experience of it and what do you view as its Pros and Cons?

I am using Chronoplex : My Family-Tree and I cannot remember how to enter Military details for someone.

I have done it in the past and have entered details for people before. But when I try and enter more details "Military" doesn't appear as on of the options listed under Attributes.  ???
