Canada / Elizabeth Harrison b 1887

I just wondered if anyone could help me find any info on Elizabeth Harrison b.1887, Freckleton, Lancashire, England.

Elizabeth moved to 192 Strand Rd, Preston, Lancashire about 1904/5. Parents were James Robert and Margaret Ellen Harrison.

According to Canada Form 30A Elizabeth arrived in Quebec by ship in May 1918
She then went back for a visit to England in May 1922 and returned by the ship
`Montclare` in Sept. 1922.

Form 30A gives her previous address in Canada as 4751 Main St. Vancouver BC

Form 30A also states her destination on return in Sept 1922 is to a `friend` Dr. Storey, Tuxford, Saskatchewan. (handwriting could be Turford or Tuxford).

The reason for her return is given as `to be married`, occupation `housewife`.

The family story is that she possibly married a man with the surname of
`Halfpenny`we have no first name unfortunately and that she apparently met him on the boat journey. I am presuming this was on the first trip to Canada in 1918.

There doesn`t appear to be any passenger lists covering 1918, possibly because WW1
