My German is non-existent.

Is this Melderegister 1875-1880 the same as a Census ?
Emily Grear married "L W B Leopold Zimmermann" in Kensington in 1865. Any idea what L W B stands for ? ... he was probably in England teaching German.
I have found Leopold and family (less wife) listed in Emily's step father's will dated 1901...
Leopold, his children Leopold, Bertha, Rosa and a grandchild named Johannes Niebuhr. living in Arnstadt Thuringen Germany.
