Worcestershire Lookup Requests / Thomas Robson obituary 1993 ,Redditch, Bromsgrove.

Looking for a death notice in any local newspaper for my grandfather Thomas Robson, died 20th Dec 1993, age 77yrs, address given as 51 Banners Lane, Redditch, Bromsgrove, husband of Elsie Irene Robson, only met him briefly once for a few hours, know nothing of his life after WW2, any help would be greatly appreciated, researching from Canada.

Looking for any descendants of Walter Daykins born 23rd Nov 1863, Wilton,Rox,Scotland, Died 20th October 1924, Buried Hillsborough Cemetery, Auckland, New Zealand, his relative Sgt John Brunton Daykins,VC,MM. of Jedburgh Scotland to be commemorated in Jedburgh later this month.

 I have been researching the Daykins family of Hawick and Jedburgh, 1800 to present, so far I have William Daykins and his wife Ann Haldane having 4 children;

Son James  born approx 1811 died 1896 married 1st Margaret Tait, 2nd Mary Ann Mascaron,

Son John born approx 1812 died 1879 married Ann Clark, they had 1 son John Daykins who married Besty Brunton and farmed at Howden, Jedburgh, John and Betsy Brunton had 4 children, their son John Brunton Daykins, VC.MM. John B Daykins will be commemorated in Jedburgh on October 20th 2018.

Dau Ann born approx 1815 died 1874 in Hawick, married William Allan.

Son Thomas born approx 1816 died 1885, Gunsmith of Duns, married Isabella Gilbert. No known children.

The Jedburgh Royal British Legion is looking for relatives to attend the event, any help would be appreciated.

Looking for any descendants of these 3 Coughlan brothers:
Charles Mackenzie Coughlan born Burwood,1894,
Paul Mackenzie Coughlan born Ashfield,1896,
Hector Mackenzie Coughlan born Burwood,1900.

I believe all 3 brothers served in the Great War.

Parents were Agnes Glendinning Mackenzie born 29th June 1864,Edinburgh,Scotland and Henry Coughlan,Agnes came to Australia around 1887 with her brother George Mackenzie who died 31st May 1889, she married Henry in 1893 Hurstville.

Agnes G Mackenzie is part of the Burns family in Scotland which I am researching, thanks for reading,

Looking for any information on my grandfather Thomas Robson who died on 20th Dec 1993 at 51 Banners Lane, Redditch, Thomas was born in 1916 in Hawick,Scotland, he moved to the Bromsgrove area after serving in W.W.2.
He married 2nd time to Elsie?
I have only seen one photo of my grandfather and would love to know about his 2nd family and get in touch with them, the informant on his death certificate was Linda Mary Poole of 9 Pennine Rd,Bromsgrove,his daughter.

I am in Canada,any help would be most appreciated.

Looking for any info on John Dodds born 1869 in Hawick, Roxburghshire,Scotland and his wife Mary Oliver Chisholm living at St John's Rd,Elswick,Newcastle On Tyne in 1911.

known children are John,Mary,Frederick and Albert Stanley Dodds.

One member of my Burns family originally from Hawick Roxburghshire married Catherine Blackwood Couper in 1873 at Dunfermine, John Burns was the son of William Burns and Agnes Crawford,
John and Catherine had one known son William born approx 1877, he was recorded as a grocer and wine merchant in Bruce St in 1881,

Does anyone have a Bowie or Edmondson in their family tree from Hawick,

George Edmondson married Joan Bowie 8th Nov 1871, Hawick,

Isaac Edmondson married Jane Bowie 9th June 1876, Hawick.

George and Isaac were brothers, Joan Bowie was the Aunt of Jane Bowie.

William Bowie married Mary Renelson,1835. Hawick
Andrew Bowie married Margaret Byers. 1852 Roberton.
Walter Bowie married Jane Anderson. 1854 Hawick.
Hector Bowie married Ann King, 1861 Hawick.

All part of the same Bowie group,
