New Zealand Completed Requests / Is there a map for the Papakura Cemetery?

I have just found out that my Gt Grandparents are buried at the Papakura Cemetery and I've found the abbreviated positions online.  Is there a map that I could identify where these places are? 
I don't live very far from Papakura and I'm very keen to visit them.

Hi, I have a wedding photo from 1903 that has the parents of the bride standing beside her which I will post.  A photo turned up out of the blue on the cover of the NZSG magazine that shows a distinct likeness to the parents, but I've contacted the family who passed a copy onto me and they can't find a connection and don't see any similarities ..... ? [Many thanks mare for all of your help!]

Have found a mausoleum with a family name of ours at Waikumete Cemetery.
How do you find out who is in it?
None of those family surnames at Waikumete come up on the online details in any mausoleum  ???
Perhaps this is what they class as confidential information?
Can anyone help please?

Where can I find this registered?  A Scottish born New Zealand resident who died on the way home from a visit to his homeland in 1913?  The ship Wilcannia was bound for Sydney - I have tried everything and yet this eludes me!

United States of America / Death records in Kansas

Have just found that I can order a Death certificate for Kansas online......

But I don't have the month and date - only the year - so I cannot complete the order......   :(

Are there any index's online - or another way I can find this out ?? 

The year was 1957.

Born Aug 12th 1879 - North Carolina
Died ? 1957 K.C. Wyandotte Kansas

ps - to get a death cert from Kansas - you have to be directly related and supply a Social Security No.......
