Technical Help / Windows 11 Options

I've just downloaded Win 11 and the right click options now cover 2 pages but I prefer the 1 page version that was on Win 10. How can I get it to revert to that one simply please?

World War One / James John Alecock born 27 Aug 1895 Liverpool

The above served in the R A O depot, Fulford Rd, York at 1921 and at his marriage 3 Aug 1918 he was recorded as a soldier.
His wife Laura nee Thomas had a child, Evelyn Marie recorded as Thomas born July 1918 and according to the 1921 Census she was born in Linz, Austria.
I'm wondering if James could have served in Austria? Also whether Laura could have been there too?

Sussex Lookup Requests / Alice Mary Ruth Fowler born 13 Feb 1893 Brighton

The above was the 8th child of William Fowler and Elizabeth Alice Lawrence, her birth was recorded on the GRO as Q1 1893 mmn Laurence.
It is my belief that she was a spinster all her life and died 22 Sep 1954 in Crawley, probate was to her sister Rebekah.
In my DNA matches on Ancestry, I've 'obtained' a new DNA match who is alleged to be a descendant of Alice Mary who according to their researcher was born 31/5/1895 to the same parents and married in 1915?  I've told the 'researcher' that I believe this to be incorrect but she has chosen to ignore me!
What do you think?

Canada Lookup Request / Alice Maud nee Woodgate Goldsmith born 8 Mar 1889 Sussex, England

The above married Bob Goldsmith in 1917, they had 1 daughter, who lived Cillamenta Goldsmith born 5 Jul 1926 Hailsham, Sussex, England who married Leon Dinel in 1943 at Hailsham. Cilla and Leon emigrated to Canada and I found both of their obits there as deaths 27 Dec 2007 and 2 Feb 1971 respectively. I also found the obit for Bob Goldsmith, husband of Alice Maud who died 26 May 1968 according to the Ottawa Citizen. It said he 'was the husband of the late Alice Maud nee Woodgate' so I assume she died before him but am unable to find a death report/record for her or a birth report for Leon?
There was an Alice Maud Woodgate probate record in England who died 2 Dec 1976 at Eastbourne but I've discounted this especially as she died 8 years later than Bob and not as Goldsmith?

The above died 13 Mar 1995 Toronto, York, Ontario; he was married to Eileen nee Taylor born 26 Nov 1914 and died 11 Jul 1999 Kingston, Frontenac. I don't know when and where they married or where Eileen was born or whether they had children?

The above served in the Royal Navy as a stoker from 15/9/1909- 16/5/1914, he originally signed up for 12 years and his last ship was the Bonaventure. His record at 16/5/1914 says CP Run Immingham.
Does this mean that he deserted? There are no further records that I could find nor could I find a marriage or death for him?

The above married Jane Anne Neatley 19 Apr 1911 Handsworth, Yorkshire, she was born about 1885. His parents were Frederick McDonald and Betsy nee Flint. Her father was James Neatley.
John appeared in Military records applying to join AIF 31 Oct 1916 at Perth, WA but was discharged unfit 9/5/1917. He recorded his wife as Jennie and that she lived at Crawley, WA.
I can find no records for them after 1917?

Alfred was the son of Edward George Lillywhite and Mabel Frances Maria Awcock; he married Elsie May Longhurst (born 13 Nov 1903 Redhill, Surrey) 18 Nov 1934 at Redhill, they had 1 son, Robin E born Q1 1942 Brighton.
I found an emigration record for Alfred and Robin going to Cape Town 1 Apr 1948 on the Capetown Castle. Elsie appears to have gone to Tripoli and Port Said on 14/6/1950 via the War Office?
Is there any information about the family in South Africa please?

South Africa / Forbes Family 1887-1895 ? Natal, Transvaal

John Stewart Forbes born c 1887, Robert Henderson Forbes born c 1887, Jessie Henderson Forbes 1888, Natalie Elsie Forbes 1890, Leslie Alexander Forbes 1892 & Douglas Alexander Forbes 1894 were the children of Robert Forbes 1831-1916 & Jemima Henderson 1853-1924.
Robert & Jessie married 4 Jul 1885 at Alexandra Hotel, Addington, Durban, Natal. They returned to Scotland on 31 Oct 1923 and died in Edinburgh.
Of their children, John Stewart also died in Edinburgh 1905 which presumes that he returned earlier; Natalie Elsie died  21 Jul 1981 Durban, KwaZulu-Natal & Douglas Alexander died 1976 (Sandra on here found that out) Transvaal, Pretoria.

I have no actual dobs or places for any of the children and wonder if the other children returned to South Africa?
