United States of America / Virginia Birth Cert Detail Info Required

I wonder if any of you might be able to help me with this one?
I am looking to find what a Birth Cert from Virginia in 1962 looks like. I have one in my folder but after showing it to a friend he said it was not like the ones from that time.

Could some of you describe how many parts it comes in? What it should look like, or maybe you might have a book with a picture of one in you could send me, or give me any other details that might help me please?

The first part of help is simple.
I have a Birth Cert of somebody born in Virginia USA 1962, I have been told that this is not a real one. The one i have is in two parts being one from the Hospital and one from the Commonwealth state of Virginia. I was wondering if maybe somebody could send me an image of what one is meant to look like.

and this is like a brick wall i have come across...
My Grandfather Woodrow Dale Kelly born in Pennsylvania 1902 married Nellie Irene Johnson who both are in the 1930 census, shortly after that they parted company, What i can't find is anything to do with Woodrow after this time. Can anybody help with this at all?

I wonder if anybody can help me with this. I am trying to find any information on my grandfather. His name is Woodrow Dale Kelly he was born in Pennsylvania 1902. His father was Elmer Kelly. Woodrow got married to my grandmother c1930 Woodrow was 26 & my grandmother Nellie Irene Johnson who was born in c1914 was 16 when they married. They had a son in 1936 and Woodrow & Nellie parted company around about 1940. It is after this I can’t find any trace of Woodrow and wondered if anybody could help me. Somebody did say that he died in the late 70s or early 80s, in Pennsylvania, though I am not sure of this as I can’t find anything to support it. I just would like to know what happened to Woodrow and any other information I can find for him.

I know my Grandmother (Nellie) met and married a man called Raymond Kramer and they both died, Nellie in c1979 & Raymond c1980, in New Jersey but I don’t know where about in New Jersey they lived or are resting.

If anybody can help me with any info on Woodrow Dale Kelly I would be grateful.

Also if anybody has any information on Nellie Irene Johnson who married Woodrow D Kelly and became Nellie Irene Kelly and then later Nellie Irene Kramer or Krammer that would be very welcomed too. You can PM if you like too.

This is a long shot but...
I'm looking for any infomation about my Granmother.... Nellie Irene Johnson born in c1914 in Washington, Pennsylvania, USA.

This is what i do know... Nellie Irene Johnson born c1914 was 16 years old when she married my grandfather Woodrow Dale Kelly born c1902 in Pennsylvania, who was 26 when he married Nellie. This can be found in the 1930 census.
I am told that around 1940 Nellie and Woodrow split up and that Nellie later got married again too a Robert Kramer, Krammer, Cramer or Crammer.

This is the bit i am not sure about and ask if anybody can help with it. I was told by somebody a few years ago Nellie had passed away about 1979. Now after Nellie left Woodrow i have not been able to find anything about her on record so am unsure if she has passed away or not, as the otherday somebody contacted me saying they thought she may still be alive. If this is so i would very much like to contact her.

As the rootsweb tree says Nellie Kramer is still living I checked longlostpeople.com which is a link from the rootsweb site.
There is a Nellie Kramer age 96 in Iowa, but I also checked the phonebook and couldn't find her.I don't know how up to date the longlostpeople is

Hi can anybody help me with this please? I have been trying to findout the following for such a long time now and so i ask as a last chance for help.

Help needed with Emigration laws please.
I'm trying to find out if 4 children, all under 5 years old and the youngest about 6 months old, Could travel from the USA to the UK in 1963 all on the same passport, that has no adult on it?

The passport is a USA passport although the oldest child 4 years and 3 months old was born in England the other 3 born in USA. Is this Possable?

Also im also looking for a way of finding out the date the passport was used for the flight from the USA to the UK? Updated... I found this part out thanks

Hi all
If your like me you may have lots of photo's of family and friends your not sure of who they are and where they fit in with you. I just thought you might like to know of a helpful site i found.
It's a newish site that you can add old photo's too, in the hope af gaining more info from it's other members. I have put a couple on there and one of them i have had some good feedback from. The site is FREE to join and use. Once your a member you can see a lot more it has to offer.

I can't add to much detail for reasons that will become clear.
I came to the UK at some point in Feb, March, April or May of 1963 from the USA at the age of around 6 months old. I know my parent's was liveing in Virginia, USA just before they left as that is where i was born. I'm trying to find out what the date was of the flight i came here was. The american embassy say they only have records going back to 1983 so can't help me. I can't ask family as there are not many left and mum died and dad stayed in the USA and won't talk of it.

As i'm newish at this i wonderd if somebody could point me in the right direction to find this info out.

Please if you think you can help me please do.

Hi All this is a challenge even for the best of you. lol
I was born in the USA in 1962 and came to the UK when i was about 6 months old at sometime time in 1963. I don't know the date of what day i entered the UK or what airline was used. The passport used is now no longer available as it was 1963. I have asked the American Embassy if they could help with the info i need, They have told me they only have records dating back to 1983.

What i need to know is...

1. What Airline was used for me to be brought over here?

2. What date i came here?

3. How do i obtain a passinger list to confirm this?

4. Has anybody out there got any idea how i can begin to obtain such infomation?

I know my parents had been living in Virginia, USA and after the flight we lived in Middlesex area here in the UK, so probably landed at Heathrow Airport. I'm told that the only people on the Passport was us 4 children at the time, all under the age of 5 years old.

If anybody feels they can help me in any way please do as i feel i just keep hitting a brick wall with this problem, and i really do need to know this. If you need any other info to try and help me PM me

Can you succeed where i have failed? Any help would be nice.
