Does any of our members on here know why KHF has been in Maintenance mode for last week. :(
        I have tried to contact our admin. Kyn on her Email, but no response .
        I do hope she is OK, as is most unusual for the forum to be down so long.
        Heres hoping all,s well and it will be up and running soon.

                               Please may I beg your help. Looking for the descendants of Michael who allegedly are resident in Queensland. I understand they have his diary in which he tells of his imprisonment on the Barbary Coast following him being shipwrecked.

             Can any of you lovely Chatters help me find out about the life in Australia of James Frederick Martyn Hearne.
             He travelled the world a lot but seems to have domiciled in Australia mainly.
             He changed his Surname to Hearne form Honeyball on the 15 July Tasmania.
             He Died 30 March 1962.   Letters of Administration .Sydney NSW closed in 1971.

Kent Lookup Requests / What happened to James Frederick Honeyball

 This is a plea for help from my lovely fellow chatters.
I have hit a brickwall with james Frederick Martyn Hearne Honeyball.
I know all of the family history of his Parents james and Olympia and earlier details .

           All I need to know is what happened to him where did he go etc .

       I can find nothing for him after his Baptism at Teynham on 13 July 1901.

                 His sibling brother Lawrence i have documented until his death in 1968.
                    Please. I only need  only info about  James FMH Honeyball.

           Can anyone point me in the right direction to find where held if they exist the records of inquests for the Medway Rochester Maidstone area Coroners office for the years 1831 and 1832.
           I have had no luck searching  so far.

          Could any of you lovely people help me with this query. This Steel Block appears to be for printing.It has a reversed crest of Ireland on the working face. The crest is etched/cut into the block not raised
On one long side it has IRELAND 877.
On the other it has SOUTHWOOD 96. REGENT ST Also 877. The end faces are clear
It weighs 9 Ounces and is 2 1/4 X 1 3/4 X 1/2 Inch,s in size.
The boss is 7/16 ths Dia by 1/2 inch high.
          Southwoods appear to have been Postcard Printers .
Other than that I am at a loss as what purpose this would have been used for .

Could one of you wizards ID these accouterments. They would appear to have loops which could fit over shoulder epaulets. I am only assuming they are Military.Thank you .. Roger

Chap was born circa 1893 so presume this era.
