Hello,

I am wondering if anyone could possible help or advice me where to find information/obiturary, online if possible. on the following person

Robert (John) Nicholl was born 24 Oct 1926 in Bronx New York, came to live in England until he returned to USA and joined the Army he died 23 Aug 1973,  Interment 27 Aug 1973, US Veterans Graves Ft. Sill Post Cemetery Oklahoma. 

His SS was issued in Maryland.

I am wanting to know if he married and had family etc.   

I have located the deaths of all his siblings and I am in contact with one of his brothers family but due to the siblings having no contact for over 20 years this family cannot help me.

I look forward to hearing back from anyone that can help or advise me.

Would anyone be able to look up in Electoral Rolls for 1940's Robert Wilson.  I am wanting to know the name of his wife as there are several Robert Wilson's in Hull.

He had a farm in South Cave and his parents lived further up the road at Garth End, is this still standing???? 

During the War they had Land Girls and also German prisoners of war who worked on the farm. 

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I have an image of
RG9 465 Folio 65
1861 Census
Address Welling, Bexley for Mary Groves and her children.  The head of the household is George Pittis. Both unmarried.   In the coloum for Mary as to her relation to the head of family it looks like gv.JG.

I have not attached the image to this message as I am not sure if I am allowed to on this site.

Any ideas or thoughts very much appreicated.
