Technical Help / Transfer of video.

I am using Pinnacle Studio 26 and a sx 740hs Cannon Camera.  I have tried to put the saved video on my camera onto Pinnacle 26 but I am only able to get the photographs.  How can I get the video's on to Pinnacle 26?  I am connecting the units by a lead.

I am running a Epson OFFICE BX300f printer with dell windows 10. The scanner notice comes up but no preview.  So I can not scan.  Any ideas?

I am running a Dell Vostro 200. I have cleared as much memory as I could and I keep getting a notice that I am low in memory and the programs all stop.  Any ideas?

I have recently started to use Video Pad.  When I make a video it will not load onto another program.  Any ideas on how to correct this?

On doing my family history I found out that my Great grandfather served in the British Army as he is listed as having served in his death cert.  He was born cir. 1918 and died in 1891.  He may of had been from Belfast, as his son, John, also served cir 1886.  How do I search to find any details on my Great grandfather.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

My Grandfather was named John Doyle. He served in the army ending in 1895. I am trying to get the record for my great Grandfather also having the same name.  He was born cir 19018 and also served in the army.  When I do a search only my grandfathers name comes up.  How can I get details on my Great Grandfather?
