Could I have some advice please?

I’ve been contacted by another member of GenesReunited who shares the same name as one of my ancestors and he has asked to see my tree.

He has given me access to his tree, but this contains one name only –his own. He has not given me any information on his family or indicated where he thinks the connection might be. Should I give him access?

I do like to help people where I can, and have often shared my tree with other researchers but can’t help feeling distrustful about this.

I am seeking information regarding James and Eliza Goddard, the parents of Emma Goddard, who was baptised at Salisbury St Thomas, Wiltshire on 30th May 1824. James is shown to be a coachman in the baptism record.

Census records show Eliza to have been born in Southampton, but I have been unable to find any record of James.

Any help would be gratefully received.

I am looking for information on the parents of two ancestors born in Lambeth:

Rebecca Wingate, born 7th Jan 1813 and christened on 2nd May 1813 at St Mary, Lambeth, the daughter of Richard Wingate and Rebecca.

Ann Curry, christened on 23rd Jan 1814 at Saint Mary, Lambeth, the daughter of John James Curry and Sarah.

Any information would be very gratefully received.

I would be very grateful for a lookup of the baptism of Ann Chiddle at Titchfield.

Various censuses place her date of birth as between 1790 and 1797, and the IGI shows that she married John Handey(Hendy) at Titchfield in 1810.

Any information regarding her parents would also be appreciated.
