Would appreciate it if somebody could transcribe this convict conduct document of my ancestor, I have tried but eyes are not up to it.

Oh wonderful, FTM has chucked a hissy once again >:( and this time when uploading tree to ancestry everyone is marked as living even when there is a death date. I have emailed support but does anyone know do they respond, or should I just delete the tree and wait another hour for it to upload :'(

I have found my ancestor on a 1841 Lincolnshire census, and in the box for born this county it says no. Does that mean not born in lincolnshire ?, and also everyone who has a no also has a tick next to or on the N, what does that mean.
