Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Request to help identify cause of death

I'd be grateful for any help in deciphering the cause of death on this part of the death certificate.

I would be grateful for any help in dating this photograph.  I believe its of my Great Grandmother Lettice Lucy Rees who was born in 1865 and her mother Eliza who died in 1875. I can just make out on the back of the photograph that the photographer was Sidney Webb of Pembroke Dock.  It also looks like it says Diamond Street.  I'm interested in the words at the bottom of the back of the photograph. I can see on one line that it says LIVES and on the next I think it says ALWAYS BE. Is it possible that photographs like this were reprinted if a parent died.  If anyone has examples of the text used on the back of Webb's photograph's I'd be interested to see them.

Glamorganshire Lookup Requests / Edward Davies baptism 1820 Vaynor?
« on: Thursday 06 May 10 08:08 BST (UK)  »
Hi

I'm trying to track down the parents of Edward Davies born in 1820 (He died in Maesteg in 1893 aged 73). On his second marriage certificate dated 16 April 1860 he's described as a widower and his father is named as William Davies (Roller). Edward was living in Llangynwyd at the time and lived in that area untill his death. His second wife was widow Sarah John (maiden name Treharne).

1861 census
R.G. 9/4073 Ancestry have transcribed 'where born'  as Venor Vaenos, Breconshire, Wales

In 1871
R.G. 10/5413
He's logged as born in Cefn Coed, Cymmer

1881
R.G 11/5327
He's logged as born in Merthyr

1891
R.G. 12/4450
He's logged as born in Brecknock (minor) (Vaynor?)

Ive not been able to find him in 1851 or his first wife but then I'm not sure where he may have been living prior to the marriage in 1860.

Any help in trying to track down his birth around the Merthyr area would be much appreciated.

I would be grateful if someone could look up the baptism of Mary Devonald who married Benjamin Jones of St Clears on 22 July 1823 at St Gwynno's Church Llanwinio.

She died on 5 Jan 1842 and was buried on 7 Jan 1842 aged 41 years.

Any help in tracking down her parents would be much appreciated.

I would be very grateful if someone could look up George Gibling Walford's baptism/christening details and his parents names. Census records lead me to believe he was born in Great Tey.

Ancestry has his death recorded as:

Estimated birth year:    abt 1807
Year of Registration:    1874
Quarter of Registration:    Jan-Feb-Mar
Age at Death:    67
District:    Braintree
County:    Essex
Volume:    4a
Page:    262

Census records place his place of birth as Great Tey and again indicate 1807 as the year of his birth. Its possible that his parents may have been a William and Susan Walford but I have no data to back that up so any help would be much appreciated.

I'm looking for any information on a Stephen Britten and his wife Rebecca.  I know they had a daughter Lucy who was born on 12 October 1777 at Hanham but I have no information on the parents at all. I'm assuming they were based in the Bitton/Hanham as Lucy was married in Bitton in 1803. Any information on the parents would be much appreciated.

I've been tracing my great grandfather Benjamin Jones who on the 1901 census for Michaelestone Lower resided at 22 Miners Row age 27. In 1891 he appears two doors down at No 20 with his parents William and Margaret as a 17 year old and in 1881 as a 7 years old.

So I felt relatively safe in thinking he was born 1873 or 1874. I obtained the birth certificate of who I thought it was (born 1873) only to find it was the birth record of Benjamin - father-  William Jones (correct occupation of engine driver) but wife Hannah and the address was Tymaen Street. Ive not as yet been able to confirm for sure where William Jones resided in 1871 but it is possible that Hannah died and William remarried.

I would be very grateful if someone could check the parish records for Michaelstone Super Avon for the birth of a Benjamin Jones during 1873 or 1874 to see how many Benjamin's I need to investigate.

Hi

I'm trying to track down the birth/marriage details of Ann Walford who gave birth to Gainsford Gibling Walford. He was christened 22 June 1800 in Marks Tey and it was logged as 'bastard son of Ann Walford'.  Any help in tracing Ann would be greatfully received. I'm wondered if she didnt use her regular church for the christening but dont know how churches handled the christenings of children born out of wedlock in those days. Any feedback would be welcome.

Gainsford appears on the 1841 census in Little Wilbraham with his family but the mother wasnt residing with him.
