Cambridgeshire Completed Lookups / *COMPLETED* Whittlesey Marriage - Hammond/Morton
« on: Wednesday 26 November 08 10:11 GMT (UK) »
I Am hoping someone might be able to 1. confirm the existence of a marriage and
2. Confirm or offer an alternative spelling for that marriage.
I am searching for the marriage of John Hammond (born abt 1782)
and Ann Morton (born abt 1801) Although it is possible Ann's surname could also have been something like Martin.
The 1941 Census shows them at Delphi Lane Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire.
From what I have found, their first child was a John Hammond born 1827 (and he also died that year too) so I assume their marriage was around a couple of years prior to his birth. But I really have no idea.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
