Would someone be able to look up the following marriage please:

Registered in Qtr 4 1869 - Thomas Mee & Ann Merrin

I would like to know who Thomas's Father was please and the names of witnesses.

I can't find a Birth for Thomas in the area he claims to have been born.  Interestingly he signs his name as Thomas Castledine Mee on his Sons Birth Cert but there is no mention of a middle name on any of the census records.

Many thanks   :)
Deborah

I also have Clarksons from Beverley, Hull who were Mormon Pioneers, emigrating to Utah 1855/56:

Robert Clarkson b1834 m Ann Clegg
Mary Clarkson b1824 m William Lark
Henry Clarkson b1812 (Henry was outcast by the church!!)
Parents of the above were Matthew Clarkson and Elizabeth Lealand who originated from Sherburn, East Yorkshire.

I dont think our families are connected, however I thought you might be interested to know that I did find a lot of information from Robert Clarksons journal which I found online, I also found a Facebook site dedicated to  which provided me with even more information and photo's.

Derbyshire Lookup Requests / Charles Ford Cope - b 1908
« on: Friday 26 July 13 09:47 BST (UK)  »
Hi

I am looking for a Charles Ford Cope and have found the birth record for him (Belper 7B 738) but don't know which parish he was born in. I have found 2 possible candidates in the 1911 Census records.

Challes F Cope B1908 living and born in Ironville
Charles Cope B1908 living and born in New Westwood, Jacksdale

In both entries, the Father is William Cope.

My instinct is to go for the one born in Ironville, not only because of the inclusion of the middle initial, but also because Ironville is in the Belper Reg District, (Jacksdale is in Basford dist) but as the 2 parishes are so close together and I have no other information to work with, I would rather rule the other one out first.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Deborah Cope
