have you got any idea as to who he married?  if you were able to get the marriage certificate it would give you his father's name

can't be positive, but you will probably find it is the muncipal cemetary owned by Kettering Borough Council.  the Council's web address is www.kettering.gov.uk

our John Hunter is only related to the wedgewoods via his marriage to Mary Wedgewood, who is indeed relatd to Josiah Wedgewood adn Charles Darwin.

just got a marriage certificate for gg grandparents

shows ggggrandfathers as --  Hugh Hughes and William Williams

one of the witnesses was Thomas Thomas!

he came back to the uk in 1898 so wouldn't be in the ww1 usa draft

he may have been born in cabell county - as far as we know it was Mount Carbon
