Capetown, that's great thank you.  I have it now on pages 90/91.  I have been trying to trace a Sarah Holborow born about 1639 who had brothers Joseph, William and Daniel and as Ann had sons of these names I wonder if this may be her family.  I'm not sure if this Grant will help me but, as you know, all pieces of information can be of value.  Thanks very much.  Slipper

Capetown, I'll certainly look at the account of the family of Holborowe - thanks for that.  My problem with the Wiltshire notes and queries is that I've got the Grant to Iddols on page 19 but on pages 17 and 18 I've got no mention of Holborow.  I've got the Names of Jurors; Names of the Homage; Presentment of Jurors; and Presentment of Homage.  It's not on page 540 either which has a list of Wills for surnames "W".  The Grant to Holborow could give me a vital clue so I do hope I'm not trying your patience in asking again.  Thanks for all your help.

Capetown, I haven't found a Men and Armour for Wiltshire so presumably it doesn't exist which is a shame as my Holborows seem to be around the Gloucestershire/Wiltshire border.  I'm sorry to trouble you again about this but I can't find the Holborow entry in the Wiltshire notes and queries although I have found other parts you mentioned.  I can't find it either in page 17 or 540.  Is it volume 3?

Thanks very much for your help.

Thanks Capetown.  I know about these but I don't know if there's a relationship to the Thomas of the Will!

This is all so useful, Capetown and I wouldn't have found it on my own.  Thanks very much.

Bookbox - thank you so much for your "persons".  I can see it now and it makes a lot more sense!

Capetown - thank you for these.  I will certainly check on widow Margery Adey and also look at the spreadsheet.

I'm sorry, I don't know how to do that.
