www.freereg.org.uk has 16 Guildford burials at St Nicholas betwee 1768 and 1852. I know these aren't MIs but it may help pinpoint family.

Have you thought of contacting the Suusex Family Gistory Group in case they can help.

I cannot find any Guildfords on FindaGrave. That isn't to say there aren't any, just that none are listed.

Mary baptised 22 Jul 1813 Wallingford, Berkshire. Residence High Wycombe
Charles baptised 13 January 1815 Wallingford Berkshire. Residence High Wycombe
Henry born 20 September 1816 baptised 8 May 1817 Wallingford, Berkshire. Residence High Wycombe

There are also baptisms for two other children in Wallingford

Ann 16 February 1812
Edward 8 May 1817 - no birthdate given but baptised the same day as Henry
