If anyone has access to the records of St Philips Birmingham I would appreciate any information on Thomas Fordrey who was christened in 1814, probably October

Thanks for the information. The name is unusual and I have seen it spelt several ways - around N Oxfordshire I believe that it is Fawdrey - and even Vaudry. The boat connection is interesting as Thomas appears to come to London in the 1820's and is apprenticed to be a Waterman on the Thames - several generation afterwards also took up this profession. Any information on the Sarah boat coection would be useful lead

If anyone has access to Adbaston Parish Records I would appreciate any information on a William Furnival who was born in 1750-1800 and may have been married there in the early 1800s to an Elizabeth

Does anyone know if the IGI records for St Philips Birmingham are a complete record? I am looking for Thomas Fordrey, my GGG. grandfather, who according to his apprentice record was christened in Oct 1814 at St Philips, but cannot find this record on the IGI list
