Hi does anyone have access to 1901 census for Athlone? i am searching for information about my Great Grandmother,i know she married in Athlone 1904 to  English Solider ,Alfred Glentworth,who was at the Athlone Barracks,on the marriage certificate it states her as being a Servant,to whom or what kind of servant i don't know. Her name was Alice Rooney and i was just hoping that she may be on the census.If not on the Athlone one it would then be the census for Moate.

Does anyone know where married soliders would have lived,was it in the Barracks?My Grt Grandparents moved back to England 1906.
any help would be appreciated.

Thanks that is very interesting information,i didn't realise Tubber could be found in most counties.
The Tubber i am looking for is near Moate,some information says its in Co Westmeath and some say Offaly,so i am still confused !!
