hi rosball thank you for your help I have found my brother went to Australia in 1979. the only details I could get was he arrived on flight KI PA815.  I have tried to find this airline but no one seems to have heard of it . is there any chance you may know.  thanks essie :)

thank you all for help on records of Australian migration. I found my brothers arrival in 1979 and was sent details but as he went by air there was very little information on the reply. thank you again  essiefred

does any one know how to obtain copy of death certificate from Perth area of Aussie? information I have is that only next of kin can order one on producing two forms of identity.

Thank you everyone who has replied to me with helpful information and a very happy new year to you all. I have made some progress in my search and found my ancestors on the national archives site. a handwritten note by the matron lists all the children in the kidderminster workhouse in 1848 with personal details of each one. I was happy to read that my ancestor was very bright and sharp witted.  however, exciting this is it has got me no nearer to how and when they got to canada but its good to have made a step forward   :)

hello I am trying to find my brother who went to australia somewere around 1980. I dont know which state he went to, so I would like to know if I can search electoral rolls for the whole of australia.  I live in england so need this advice if possible yours essiefred

yes they do not have any local asizzes records and hardly any for the kidderminster workhouse. thank you
