Does anyone have any additional information on any of the above (except for my direct relative William Sayer Price).  In particular I am  very keen for information on the children of James Price and Mary Sayer.

Forfarian, unable to look at the detailed information as I'm not a member of ancestry.co.uk
This was a google search to ancestry.co.uk, the family tree showed William Watt married to Mary Ann Barrie, good enough to look deeper, but another time.
This posters family tree might have the correct parentage for William Watt. As I said I am guessing at the minute.
Thanks Alberbury.

Thanks Forfarian, I will digest this good information.
I think supplying the information I have collected might help and save time for others.
Also thanks for your time.
I took your advice on the census of 1811-1821 Dunnottar from ScotlandsPeople.

I am not saying James Watt is the father of William Watt, born around 1808. It might be the closest match to a family member, without buying any certificates or census returns. How is the surname Paterson used correctly. Is Joseph using Paterson as his middle or surname?
