Elizabeth O'H... might be O'Hare. That's my first guess from the image and knowledge of the parish. My grandfather's family was from that parish and I've looked at a few other families from there also.

The Latin note in the margin reads:
qui antea clandestine con
-juncti fuerunt
= ‘who previously were secretly united’
A glance at the full register-page shows that 20 is the day (20 October).
I think the second witness is Cillan [or Cillian?] Caulfield.
I'm also looking forward to seeing the relationship between my shared matches like MH does, would be really useful to me as well.
The one minor change I keep suggesting to them is on the main list page of all matches, just to show the number of shared matches I have with each. That way I can tell straight away that if they have no matches and no tree I can give them a coloured dot for 'no tree no matches' and just move on.
